Oregon Cinema Arts Film Festival Summer 2019 Award Winners

The Oregon Cinema Arts Film Festival Summer 2019 screenings took place at 5th Avenue Cinema in Portland, August 10-11, 2019. Three sessions of independent films screened over two days. The following films won awards.
